Please read these terms before using JubKub. By accessing or using our website and tools, you agree to the terms applicable to the service.

Our tools are designed to avoid changing content the user did not request us to modify.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using JubKub, including our PDF, image, audio, link, text and other online tools, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with an applicable term, please stop using the relevant service.
2. Our services
JubKub provides online tools for digital tasks including file compression, format conversion, PDF processing, image processing, audio processing and utility functions.
Some tools may operate entirely in your browser, while certain future tools may require servers or databases.
3. Ownership of your files
Your files remain yours.
JubKub does not claim ownership of files, images, audio, documents or other content you process using our services.
You retain the rights you already hold in your content. Using JubKub does not transfer ownership of your content to JubKub.
4. Your responsibilities
You must have the appropriate rights or authorization to use files and data that you process with JubKub.
You agree not to use JubKub to:
- Violate applicable laws
- Infringe intellectual property or other rights
- Distribute malware or malicious code
- Attack or disrupt the service
- Circumvent security measures
- Place unreasonable or abusive load on our systems
5. Preserving original content
JubKub follows a Preserve Original Fidelity principle for conversion, compression and editing tools where the relevant technology and file formats permit.
Our intended behavior
- Do not automatically translate user content
- Do not create new text unless requested
- Do not intentionally add or remove content
- Avoid unnecessary layout changes
- Preserve language, text, dimensions and structure as closely as the format permits
6. File conversion limitations
File formats have different capabilities, and some properties cannot always be preserved during conversion.
Examples include:
- PNG supports transparency while JPG does not.
- Some fonts may not be available or embeddable in the destination format.
- Complex PDF layouts may not convert perfectly into Word documents.
- Certain metadata may not survive conversion.
- Some audio codecs may not be supported by every browser or device.
JubKub does not promise 100% fidelity where technical or format limitations make that impossible.
7. Review outputs before use
Important
Always review processed or converted files before using them for important purposes, especially business, financial, legal, print or other critical workflows.
You are responsible for deciding whether an output is suitable for your intended use.
8. Browser-based processing
Supported tools may process files locally inside the browser on your device.
In those cases, files do not need to be uploaded to a JubKub server.

9. Server-based tools
Some future tools may require backend infrastructure, servers or databases in order to function correctly.
Where file uploads or storage are required, JubKub should clearly disclose that requirement for the relevant tool.
10. Service availability
We aim to keep JubKub available and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Services may become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, system changes, failures or third-party infrastructure.
11. Changes to tools
JubKub may add, modify, suspend or discontinue tools in order to improve performance, security or the overall service.
12. Third-party services
JubKub may rely on third-party infrastructure, analytics, advertising or other providers required to operate the website.
Those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
13. Advertising
JubKub may display advertisements through Google AdSense or other advertising providers to support the cost of providing free tools.
Advertising does not give advertisers access to the private contents of files processed locally inside your browser.
14. JubKub intellectual property
JubKub branding, website design, proprietary source code and other protected website elements remain the property of their respective rights holders.
These terms do not transfer JubKub intellectual property rights to users.
15. Limitation of liability
JubKub provides online tools as available. Results may depend on source files, browsers, devices, codecs, fonts and other technical limitations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, JubKub is not responsible for losses caused by using unreviewed outputs, external data loss or misuse of the service.
16. Keep your original files
Users should retain their original files before converting, compressing or modifying content.
JubKub should not be treated as a backup or permanent storage service unless such a service is explicitly introduced in the future.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as JubKub adds new services, changes its architecture or responds to applicable legal requirements.
